Our butchers use the finest, subtly-flavoured leg meat from Free-Range Bronze Turkeys, removing the meat from the bone, adding chestnut, cranberry and apple stuffing and then hand-tying it to create a decorative 'cushion' shape. Deliciously different, we think this special roast is something of a festive show-stopper!
