Our Free-Range Bronze Turkey Crown is a whole Turkey with the legs and wing tips removed, leaving an on-the-bone joint of tender white breast meat. It won’t need as long in the oven as a whole bird, is easier to carve and also tends to produce fewer leftovers, making it the ideal choice for smaller gatherings. Supplied ready to roast, with giblets removed and packaged alongside.
