Dressed Cooked Greendale Lobster with Garlic Butter

Fresh from the waters of the Devon coastline, our delicious lobsters are caught for us by our own fishing vessels. The fishmongers here at Greendale Farm Shop dress each lobster by hand, presenting the meat in a halved lobster shell along with garlic butter – perfect for serving with salad or as part of a buffet.
