Crackers produced from ancient wheats, heritage wheats and toasted grains - grown in partnership, sometimes harvested and definitely stone milled, by us. Sourdough mixed with Totnes honey, olive oil, sea salt and Kampot black pepper to form a crisp cracker with hints of malt barley, earthiness and umami lasting heat and spice.
