Also known as Royal Bream and Dorade Royale, the Gilt Head Bream has distinctive gold markings on its head. It’s highly prized for its sweet-tasting, flaky white flesh that works well in any number of recipes. Gilt Head Sea Bream are rare in the wild; ours come from trusted European suppliers and are farmed responsibly in the Mediterranean. Please note, weight given is for the whole fish before being headed.
