Greendale Lobster & Crab Imperial

Fresh from the waters of the Devon coastline, our delicious lobsters are caught for us by our own fishing vessels. The fishmongers here at Greendale Farm Shop dress each lobster with specially-prepared garlic butter, presenting the meat in a halved scallop shell – perfect for serving with salad or as part of a buffet.
