Cayenne chilli and cider vinegar- gentle heat and deep flavour. The cayenne type is a favourite in Ethiopia, its gives such deep flavours but with only a mild heat. Created when Hatari set out to make a sauce for the 80% who do not like ‘hot sauce’.
