Natural Smoked Haddock

Traditionally smoked Scottish Haddock, undyed and free from artificial preservatives. Its firm, flaky texture and wonderful flavour are the key to fantastic fish pies and top-class kedgeree. The salt-curing and smoking processes impart loads of flavour to the haddock, and also make its flesh quite a bit firmer than fresh fish.
