Otter Vale Coronation Sauce

This concentrated mix of apricot, onion and spices is ideal for making up Coronation Chicken (or turkey at Christmas). Simply dilute two parts mayonnaise to one part sauce, or to your taste, and add chicken, sultanas – whatever your fancy. Can also be served up in a sandwich version, with jacket potatoes or in a rice salad. Taste of the West Gold Winner 2015.
