Red Mullet (Headed & Trimmed)

Fresh from our boats, this Whole Red Mullet has lean, white flavoursome flesh and attractive pink/red skin. Supplied whole, carefully headed and gutted by the expert fishmongers at the Farm Shop. Red mullet is flaky and delicate which makes it best baked in the oven.
