Brown Cooked Crab Meat (Body)

Rich and delicious, this Brown Crab Meat is hand-picked from the shell. To make (arguably) one of the best sandwiches in existence, mix it with an equal amount of white meat, a dollop of mayo and some salt and pepper, then give it a squeeze of lemon and pile between chunky slices of granary bread. Our delicious crab meat is put into pots, then left unpasteurised in its natural state. As well as keeping it fresher for longer, this process helps to preserve its delicious flavour (please store in the fridge).
