Crackers produced from our own ancient wheats, heritage wheats and toasted grains - grown in partnership, sometimes harvested and definitely stone milled by us. Sourdough mixed with sea salt and Kampot black pepper to form a crisp cracker with hints of malt barley, smooth lasting heat and spice.
