Greendale Classic Scotch Egg

Prepared by hand in the Greendale Deli, our Scotch Eggs are made with our own eggs whenever possible (otherwise we use free-range local eggs). The hard-boiled eggs are wrapped in our Old English Sausage meat, then dipped in egg, rolled in seasoned breadcrumbs and deep-fried. The finished result is a cricket-ball-sized delight! Consume within three days. Not suitable for freezing.
