Greendale Smoked Mini Monkfish

The Greendale Fishmongers are now cold-smoking our fish on site at the Farm Shop, using beechwood chips. Try our taster-sized portions of Smoked Monkfish tail. The subtle, delicious flavour will deepen during cooking thanks to the central bone, which will also help to keep the fish in one piece.

Please note: this item is freshly smoked on-site by the Greendale fishmongers, and requires three days’ notice.
