Made using the traditional method, this wine is bottle-fermented and aged on the lees for 6 years and 8 months before disgorging. It has a delicate salmon-pink color, with soft red berry aromas leading to strawberries and a creamy texture on the palate. Smooth and elegant, it features perfectly balanced acidity and a fabulous, long finish.
